These windows are accessed by clicking on the links for Ink, Origination, Finishing, Delivery
or Packing. For Ink, Delivery and Packing the task windows appear directly, but if you click
on Origination or Finishing, you will first see a list of tasks:
When you select a task (or just double-click it) you will be taken to its task windows.
Here the screen can take 4 different forms depending on the circumstances.
This lets you choose how you wish to arrive at the charges associated with a task.
· Price list lets you build choose items from a list (which the calculation can adjust for you).
· Simple calculations is just that - often very simplistic in approach, but may easily be
sufficient.
· Entered cost lets you enter your own figure.
· Purchase order lets you specify details of a purchase order, to be actioned only when and
if the job is confirmed. Confirming creates a new 'Commitals' tab
through which such
purchase orders (and also stock reservations) can be manipulated
These 4 options are mutually exclusive - in other words if you are using a price list element for
a task you can't also have a simple calculation or an entered cost etc.
At the top of the pane there's a reminder of the task name, and other useful information, such
as 
If the task is packing or delivery, it will instead give you the total weight, and weight each of
the job.
