Purchase order lines or items pass through three stages into which they can be classified:

·     Lines from purchase orders that have not yet been printed.

·     Lines from purchase orders that are 'live' and have not yet been received

·     Lines from purchase orders for which goods have been received (either uninvoiced or invoiced)
