This selection of purchase orders lists those lines (items) which have been ordered but not yet
received, (or not entirely received).
If you select one and open it, you can delete it (but only if you have not received the goods), or
for a stock order, amend the quantity provided you don't reduce the quantity to less than you
have already received.
The system will offer to print a simple advice note for you in respect of deletion or amendment.
Also available in the actions links at the top of the preview panel is 'print' which will re-print the
purchase order.
