When you order stock it doesn't print the order immediately, but stores the information for the
next time you print purchase orders.
You could be ordering several items from the same supplier, so this means that the system can if
necessary put several items on the same purchase order.
Note that you can add special text which can be printed on the order as well.
Most people find it rarely necessary to order stock items in this way. Requirements for producing
jobs are usually handled automatically through the re-orders
program, which looks at the current
free stock (taking reservations and existing orders into account) and compares it with the
specified minimum level to create new orders.
