This program lets you print a list of all stock items for which the 'free stock ' (i.e. stock level +
stock on order - reservations) is below the minimum quantity. The list recommends the quantities
required to re-stock each item up to the 'maximum' level, taking the purchase multiples into
consideration. The potential cost of each prospective order is given, together with the total cost.
If you click the check boxes against the items you want to order (or click the top check box to
select them all) those items will be included in the next purchase order print.
The drop-down list at the top allows you to limit the list to specific types of item (i.e.paper, ink etc)
Finally you are given the option of generating automatic orders which will be printed in your next
Purchase Orders print.
