Full users will see 'User permissions' here. 'Change password' is the equivalent program for
Community users and allows them to set the user name and password for accessing the system.
Setting up user permissions requires the setting up of roles for users to play, such as estimator,
administrator, salesman etc., then setting up the users and assigning each a role.
You create a role by selecting New... You then see a series of programs and for each you must
select an option - whether to hide the program, make it read-only, allow full rights etc.
Then all you have to do is to enter the users. For each one, your new roles will appear in a drop-down list for you to assign. This is also where you can set their passwords.
For Community edition users, you can't change your role, which is set to 'Community edition user'
