On the left hand side are the different stages that the wizard will need to go through in order to specify the job.

On the right hand side is the first set of questions to be asked:

Job title:  is the name by which you will recognize this job in future.  It need not be unique, but it should give a good idea of what the job is.

Job reference: is an optional field for your own use. You might use it for a General Ledger code, or other internal purposes.  It does not have to be unique for each estimate.

Job category: is the category of work into which job falls.  Examples of this might include "Promotional", "Stationery", "Cards & calendars". These will be useful in order to classify and analyse your work in due course.  Each is associated with a letter for ease of access.  Categories are set up in the Categories part of System configuration
