All forms and reports in Printpak follow the same basic pattern (see the general note in Reports
and printing them). When you have made the appropriate choices, the generated print-out is
shown to you using the default layout for the form. If you have set up alternative versions of the
form, they should be visible in the top tool bar as a drop-down:
When you have selected the drop-down, you should then click on Refresh to refresh the screen
before you continue with the print.
