This screen, available both for customers and for each of their branches (if any) allows you to set
up on-line facilities for the customer or branch.
Calculate jobs on-line (currently not available) will let your chosen customers operate a simple
on-line wizard to get an accurate price, based on your own parameters and factors of production
(including markup). The calculated job can appear directly in your desktop as a confirmed job.
See current jobs on-line lets your customers see their current live jobs. Whether or not they can
see the current stage of a live job, and/or the required date depends on the the choices made in
in e-Commerce service setttings in Settings.
See and re-order invoiced jobs on-line shows the past jobs you've done for that customer, and
(optionally, depending on the e-Commerce service setttings)
the invoiced price of those jobs. If
the customer clicks on a job, an email can be automatically sent for you to quote fro a re-print.
Order contract jobs on-line. This useful feature allows you to display appropriate 'fixed
price'
jobs on-line to a customer. A wizard allows them to select a job and specify the quantity required
and the system will display the price from the matrix (if necessary interpolating between
numbers), Finally they can place the order, which arrives on your desktop as a fully calculated
job. There is even a facility to design the artwork on-line.
View contract items: allows the user to select those fixed price 'contract' jobs which are to be
displayed to this customer.
Request finished stock on-line: (currently not available) will let users call off finished stock on-line.
See data for all other branches: designates this user as 'master' user, with access to data from
all the branches for this customer.
