The contact log is a list of every transaction involving a customer. All estimates, confirmations,
deliveries and invoices are recorded automatically.
Importantly you can also record telephone conversations and other transactions with this
customer, by clicking on 'Add'. an example of adding a log entry might be:
Here you should note that we are not only recording the transaction, but also making a diary note
to ring him back, with a reminder about why. When the day comes, the customer will appear on
the list of 'Customers to be rung today'.
