With calendars you can record reminders such as job delivery dates, or customers to be called, and you can be notified by e-mail and SMS text message.

You can also access the PrintSum Calendar from various places such as Web browsers, mobile phones and any other program which supports calendars - such as iCAL on a Mac or Microsoft Outlook on a PC.

Setting up a calendar requires the use of a Google account.  If you don't already have one you can set one up free of charge.  All it takes is an email address.

If you don't have a Google account go to https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount for the Google account creation page.  You'll be asked to enter your email address and a password (which you have to enter twice, to avoid mistakes).

Once you have created a Google account, you'll have to set up a Google Calendar for yourself. Log in to your Google account (go to Google.com and click 'sign in', or click here).  Then click on 'settings' and look for 'Google Calendar'. You'll be guided through the process of setting it up.

Lastly here on the Calendar tab of the Settings program (Click on the 'system settings and utilities' cogwheel at the bottom of the main menu, then select 'settings' and click on 'Calendars') press the 'Configure now' button.

You'll be asked to provide us your Google username (which is the email address you set up your Google account with) and password and your preferences for reminder notification. This will let you set up the system to notify you by email and/or sms message to remind you of specific calendar events well in advance.

Lastly close and restart the system. Then when you add items to your activities list, they'll automatically appear in your on-line calendar.

By pressing the graphic button you can set up reminders for both private ('your calendar') and company events.
