This screen, accessed by clicking on "Total Extras" in the header tab of the jobs desktop, or by
adding extra costs through Committals etc, Allows you to add extra items to the job after it has
been quoted, for eventual inclusion in the invoice.
Description of expense: Enter here a short description, such as 'Courier for author's
corrections'. These are the words that will eventually appear on the invoice.
External cost: How much has this cost you? This is useful for calculating the added value and
profit on a job.
Cost type: In Printpak costs are divided into Paper, Other goods, Services, and Deliveries.
Printpak differentiates between these in calculating absorption costs.
Price charged: How much do you want to charge the customer for this extra item.
