When allocating the time taken for a task, you might wish to suggest that the task could be done
by any one of a group of people. If you create a personnel record whose reference begins with
"#", it is taken to be such a group, and the button marked 'define personnel group' is revealed,
pressing which shows a screen similar to the following:
To add people to the group, select them in the bottom pane and click on 'add'. In order to
calculate the cost, we need to estimate the probability of each member of the group to be the one
who is working. I.e. when a task is to be performed by a member of this group, what is
percentage of the time is it likely to be this specific person?
Note that the percentages must add up to 100%. In the above example the 'Add' button is
disabled because the percentages already add up to 100%, so to add an extra operator to the
group you would have to edit the percentage of one or more of the other operators to allow this.
