Installation of the single-user system is straightforward (download from the site and just run it!)
The multi-user system is more complex as it requires SQL Server to be installed. For this you should involve your I.T. people.  We can help with this if it's straightforward, but would have to make a charge.
When you have SQL Server installed, with your database up and running, all you have to do to add a new client PC is:

1.   Download and install the single user version on the client

2.   Then run the Printpak Configuration tool which you will find in the Printpak program group.

3.   Change the provider from SQL Server Compact Edition to SQL Server, and point it to the database on your server.  You may need to get assistance from your IT consultant for this. You may be able to copy the settings from another previously connected PC.

4.   Test it by clicking “Test connection”

5.   Press OK
For support and troubleshooting, first try the PrintSum knowledgebase at http://www.PrintSum.com/faq-pro.  If you are a supported user, you can log in at http://support.PrintSum.com with your user ID (found by clicking the cogwheel at the bottom left, then 'Settings' then 'About' ) and password.
A full installation and training service is available at reasonable cost if you need it, though it's normally found to be unnecessary.
