The Dashboard monitors your conversations with customers, records events, notifications, and
notes.
In it's simplest form it simply records notes taken as a log of events. But if you select a customer,
either by clicking on a note or by typing all or part of the customer name you can limit the display
to just the one customer and show a great deal more detail.
With a customer selected, you can choose whether or not to show the 'audit trail' - i.e. the blow-
by-blow account of when jobs for this account have been quoted, confirmed, deleivered or
invoiced. You will also be able to see the contact details, any particular notes, and upcoming
tasks. Last but by no means least, you can also add a new note for that customer.
